Congrats!!!!!

I like looking at this site to get ideas for my future (fictional) wedding Southern Weddings - Southern Weddings Magazine

The only real saving $ tips I have

If you get married in a church, you can save money on the decorations by getting married around Christmas. The church will already be decorated for the holiday so you won't have to break the bank with flowers.

Also, if you make your center pieces the same as your bridesmaids' bouquets you can recycle them. After the ceremony just place the bridesmaids' bouquets in the vase/holder on some tables for the reception. Also guests don't like having a huge center piece in the middle of the table blocking their view of the guests across the table, so make them low or alternate between hoisted and low ones.

Candles are cheaper than flowers and can set a romantic mood. There are really cool candle boxes that you can put candles into and they reflect and make funky table decorations.

I don't know how practical this is but you can make a website for the wedding. There are some where you can add suggestions of activities for your guests to do in the city where the wedding will take place. Some even allow guests to RSVP online (don't know if that will work for 90 year old grandparents). You can make a free site here: Wedding Dresses - Wedding Cakes - Wedding Planning - Unique Wedding Ideas - By TheKnot.com

Hope some of this helps!!!
