if the definition of vice is an addictive thing that's bad for your health, i stand on my idea that sex isnt a vice. Unless you only (i stress only) go with skanky prostitutes and spend all your money on that instead of providing for your family.
My vices are smoking, booze and occasional drugs. I have sex but in a healthy way, even if it's out of relationships.
