Memory foam is a NASA thing and it forms to your position, it's affordable. I have a big matress cover that is Memoryfoam and I couldn't sleep without it but for my pillow I have a goose down filled pillow with 400-500 thread count cover (important for keeping the down in the pillow) If you have neck problems don't get a feather pillow otherwise it is AMAZING!

But AMAZING....
I never slept with a pillow until I got that one...luxury....and if you don't have a goose down duvet you don't know what you're missing...
