For starters why cant you just volunteer to help out, have something on your resume and meet new people. Why does it reduce to being poon hound in your head.

Please stop talking like you can't improve yourself and you have to make do with how you are at the moment. I can't tell if you're just lazy and live on self pity or you really honestly can't percieve how much easier things would be for you if you man'd up, got fit and fixed your face.
