But the Magna Carta was signed several hundred years before America even existed. Can we admit that it would be extremely unfair to ask questions about it?
When was the Emancipation Proclamation signed? The Declaration of Independence? What are the three branches of the US government?
These are much more valid questions. Question immigrants on the street with those.
