Speaking of empowerment, it feels like Chemda is empowering inappropriate activities. "It's fine to sleep on the ground!" "It's fine to go out half naked!" C'mon. She does neither. Why? 'Cause she's reasonable. Don't enable dangerous behavior.

Also, I agree with invader. If you get blacked out after drinking a few, you shouldn't be drinking those few. Why are you purposefully raising the chances of something bad happening? It's like a stereotypical alcoholic man beating his wife when he's drunk. If you're a different person when you drink, don't drink. Too bad. Not everyone deserves to have alcohol.

Fact of the matter is, what you do when you're drunk is still what you do. (Willingly, of course. I'm not considering date rape drugs and the like.) If you beat your wife while drunk, you still beat your wife.

Basically, what I'm trying to say is that if your invitation for sex doesn't hold if you're drunk, you shouldn't drink if you want to have sex.

And speaking of double standards, why is it the man's fault for having sex with a drunk woman? It's not like the guy didn't have anything to drink while the girl's pounding down vodka. They're both drunk. You make bad decisions when you're drunk. If you can't handle the consequences of those bad decisions, again, you don't deserve to drink.

Again, I'm not saying it's the woman's fault for getting date raped. I'm just saying that in a normal pickup situation, both sides are responsible, regardless of their sex.
