Danny, the way I have always seen it since the first "don't interrupt the host during the monologue" is that you demanding respect has always been a running gag. I have also always taken Keith and Chemda's "disrespecting" you as part of the ongoing joke.
I do think you have brought this up a bunch before, I always thought that was just part of the joke as well.
