It's really interesting to hear these ladies talk about waiting. Chemda and Keith are so over it, but Kath and Jan are so deep in it that they still call customers "guests" and actually kind of enjoy waiting/bartending. I was shocked to hear them defend tipping as a compensation strategy.
I take pictures of my food because I get the same feeling from a beautiful dinner as I do a sunset: "Oh that's so pretty I should take a picture." I make it a personal rule to try and post to social at the end of the day. Those pictures rarely make the cut during review. Neither do most of the sunsets for that matter.
