I am loving Zachary Sherwins new album so much. I was so excited to hear that he had a new one that I paused the show to buy it. I always learn things listening to his songs.

In regards to customer service I can tell you that here in St. Louis I get no where near the hassle from customer service that Keith and Chemda talk about in New York. I hear lots of New Yorkers talk about New York Customer Service as horrible. I really think it's a regional thing. Not that customer service can't be bad here but it's rare to get bad face-to-face customer service out here in fly-over country. My thought is that New York is just so crowded that people just get tired of people ...
