Not listened to the show yet but I have 2 fucked knees, just tore up my good knee on Sunday, the bad knee i ruptured the ACL over 5 years ago. I have massive leg muscles so no operations would help, all I'm left with is chronic mildish pain. But now i've torn something in my other knee, so that's fun....

I just listened to episode 142 "poker and dice" Chemda just got set up on myspace and had not a clue how to add any one as a friend etc...You've come a long way baby.

My knees are bad too and they seem to act up at night when I'm trying to sleep. The worst part is that they actually make a crunching noise when I bend; imagine the looks I get in a quiet library when I bend to reach a book on the bottom shelf.
