This whole episode made me feel like my skin was crawling. Just very uncomfortable.
My ex was bipolar and undiagnosed, toward the end of our relationship it was a lot of this manic energy. It’s tough when they are smart and being super productive, it just seems they’re being a little amped up version of themself unfortunately. I was really concerned for JFOD listening to this episode.
I’m glad to hear Andrea was able to get him help. It’s so scary.
Also it’s really good that he has systems in place for friends to check in and call his doctor. It seems like his doctor is an amazing resource and he’s lucky to have them.
