David Rose is one of the best TV characters ever. I too love him.
I enjoyed Cobra Kai in the beginning but it got too insane. Kids are nearly kill each other every week and there are no consequences.

Around a very urban area , still expensive, a house is at least 600 000 , with lots of green around it im in the forest in 10 minutes walking but you can still live here without a car.
I walk or ride my bike to most things here in the city.

Now I learned when you buy something as a landlord and it's under 410 Euro you can write it off immediately otherwise according to the life span of the device and its 7 years for a dish washer.
