Question Help - Jet Lag and Insomnia

Does anyone have good tips/cures for jet-lag induced insomnia?

I've been awake since the 4th of July, and I'm getting ready to turn around and head out to Europe on Monday. Will I ever sleep normal again?

Gravol works if your not a fiend like me, if you are any valium will make you pass out my fave for sleeping is actually rivotrol its really an antianxiety as apposed to its sister valiums that are for sleeping but if you take rivotroll you dont feel groggy in the morning like other sleeping aids.

Take three or four large swigs of Benadryl. Did that once while completely sober and I woke up fifteen hours later.

Oh, and if you never wake up, please don't haunt me.

wear shades when it should be dusk where you're going and have the light on when it should be dawn.

also if you stay up for 24 hours you will reset your body clock as well, so just stay awake until you get to as near your normal sleep time as possible.
