How about a NY Meetup?
Yeah I know they broadcast out of NY, but then maybe they'd show up as well!
Any interest out there? Obviously the Venue would be Nice Guy Eddies |

Unfortunately there are no hotels in lower east side, (which is near Nice Guy Eddies, and tons of other cheap super yummy restaurants and bars), other than the St Marks. It's cheap, but its also very very small, and I dont think they have wifi. Which i need. Cuz i'm like that. Most NY hotel rooms are about the size of a NY apartment, for $200 a night. Right now, I'm thinking the Hotel Pennsylvania. Unfortunately it's up near Penn station, which is super gross tourist area. But right at the subway.
We'll need to make hotel reservations before they pick a venue. Last year I waited until 2 months before my trip, and most of the hotels were sold out. If we find one thats central to a lot of the subway lines, it will be fine. Anyways, not that we need to find something right now, but I'll volunteer to do most of the research into it. I love arranging travel shit. And, I lived in NYC for a couple years. |
