April 15 is a Sunday next year, a week after Easter Sunday.

In order to get a block of rooms at a hotel, i need to commit that we can sell out so many rooms. If everyone who is definitely going to NYC april 15th, can send me an email, and include about how much you can/will have to spend on hotels. Keep in mind avg hotel room can cost around $200 - 250. There's another smaller hotel, with not so much bells and whistles, with tiny rooms, about $130 a night. Once I get a better idea of the number of attendees, I can look into any group rates or blocks of rooms. Currently I am considering the HoJo Patrice mentioned, or the Hotel Penn.
