How do I make the strawberries? I need to make something for my gf. this'll get me out of trouble

Just follow this easy tip, the strawberries are grown, so you dont have to make them yourself... unless you are God or a Strawberry bush then nevermind.

I just melted down chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in a microwave (or you can use a double boiler) and dipping the strawberries in it.. I actually recommend the double boiler because a microwave is great for melting chocolate but it's also real easy to burn the chocolate.

If you'd rather have a chocolate sauce, here's the recipe we use in school.

125ml milk
150g chocolate in small pieces
60ml heavy cream
15g butter
65g sugar

Boil together everything but the chocolate. Place chocolate in a metal bowl. Pour boiling liquid over the chocolate and let sit for 4 minutes. Whisk.
If you want to reheat it don't boil it, use a double boiler.
