Interesting. I wouldnt be able to touch myself and laugh at the same time. That's why i think humour in porn is neither funny nor sexy and definitely creepy.
Now post orgasmic laughter, yeah, i get that... (but that works with sex, mostly. not much with masturbation) |

In case you are having trouble sleeping, you can try St. John's Wort tea, cuts the edge so you can sleep a bit.
Take the time you need. |

Get outside and stay there. Find a place where you feel settled and just sit there. Walk around. The other night I was in a fucking awful mood. I walked across the street to this field that overlooks some mountains and sat on a rock for an hour. The stars were obscenely bright and it felt wonderful to get away and be alone. Don't be afraid to let go.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. My only Grandma died recently, and something that helped to take the edge off of the pain was spending time with my family. We were the people who knew her the best, so we were all feeling the same pain. I suggest spending time with your other friends who also knew your friend. You can grieve together, support each other, and talk about the good times you all had with your friend.
It's been 4 months since the death of my Grandma, and the pain has gone away just enough so that I can get through my day alright. Eventually your own pain will subside so that you can think about other things as well. |

It can be tough. I just lost my dad a month ago. I put my efforts into being strong for everyone else who was greiving too and helping them.
Maybe you know someone else who is greiving the same loss and you can be there for them. |
