Hey Paste....

You might be able to get out of that bet if you argue this:

Technically Season 2 of Heroes was supposed to be split up into 2 parts, Volume 2 and Volume 3, each one taking up half of the season.....However, due to the writer's strike, they had to re-shoot an ending to Volume 2 that treat this as a "season"

So, its possible that the cheerleader will die in the next Volume, which was originally part of season 2.
