Goldschlager Cinnamon Schnapps is $70 (roughly $57 US) a bottle here and hard to find. I love cinnamon schnapps though so if it's really that good, I might just invest in a bottle.

With peoples recommendations, it'd be great if you include the recipe as there are so many different recipes for the same named cocktails.

Get vodka, Jack Daniels, gin, and some various nice beers for non-cocktail drinkers.
For mixers, get some tonic, grapefruit juice, cola, 7-up, and lots of lemons and limes.

best shot ever- 1/2 goldschlager and 1/2 Jager. They are sooo good, and the ladies love them, and they are very strong.

Also, I always make jello shooters. They are always a hit. Just take little medicine cups you find at a dollar store, spray them with cooking spray so they slide out nice. Mix the jello as per normal, but change the cup of cold water to a cup of vodka or rum. I always make like 5 diffrent colors in one shot so it looks really cool. Just pour one color, let it set and then another, and so on. easy and fun!

I'd say for the ladies go get like two or three different flavor mixes for girly martini's along with the Smirnoff tripple distilled Vodka it's pretty damned good for the price.

I have an incredibly complicated shot that women seem to love. It's called an Astro-Pop and is apparently popular in the Cleveland area. It tastes more or less just like the red, white, and blue popsicles that you'd buy from the ice cream man. 'member that? I think they were alternately called Bomb Pops, too. Anyhow...

You need: A highball glass and a shotglass.

Sprite
Grenadine
Blackhaus (raspberry liquer)
Vodka (not absolutely necessary, but it adds to the liquor content)
Blue Curacao

First, fill the highball glass about 2/3 with Sprite (or, if you prefer, 7Up (eww)). Put in some Grenadine to your liking. It'll sink to the bottom.

In the shot glass, fill 1/3 with vodka, 1/3 with Blackhaus, 1/3 with Blue Curacao IN THAT ORDER, and drop it into the highball glass as slowly as is possible. You should get nice separation that looks pretty god-damned patriotic. Gulp it down in one go, and then comment about how it's way too sweet-tasting. Order another.

My advice is to not order this shot at a bar w/ a bartender that doesn't already know how to make it, unless you're tipping them a whole lot. Also, it tends to be expensive because there's so much different crap in it.

Also--you could always try out the Irish Car Bomb... 1/2 pint of Guinness and a shotglass 1/2 filled w/ Jameson, 1/2 with Bailey's. Drop the shotglass in and drink it as fast as you possibly can (b/c the Bailey's curdles almost immediately). I'd only have these if you're planning on big ol' Irish fistfights, though.

Speaking of shot glass inside a different glass: here's a great drink a bartender made my friend for his 21st birthday once.

Take a highball glass, set a shot glass inside it, and fill the outer doughnut with beer exactly to the level of the shot glass' rim. In the shot glass, pour (in order) some Bacardi Superior (halfway) and top it off with 151, taking care not to let it mix with the beer. Then, light the 151 on fire. Blow it out and chug, chug, chug.

Mmmmmmmm alcoholy... (and not fucking bad. Plus it was on fire.)
