um no im not HUAR. i love robots. im a robotic psysicist and i work for the NSA bud. I know what robots can do and cant do. and they are getting as inteligent ans humans. but the have nothing to gain so they wont rebel like in science fiction

And further to piss on his parade, if being as capable as a 6 year old in about 20 years is as smart as humans, well, so are dogs and pigs right now!

Anyway the whole point is a 6 year old will rebel against it's parents and WE are the robot's parents, so it'll rebel against us eventually, just like the cylons! Anyway it's a roboticist. And the CIA and military make robots, the NSA make AIs for evesdropping.

If robots are learning their artificial intelligence from you we have nothing to worry about. They will never learn how to construct a cogent argument. They will never develop social skills. They will never develop a sense of humor. They will never get laid.
