Regarding selling candy bars for fund raisers as Keith mentioned, I did this once for band in high school. I remember we were given a box of about 50 candy bars of assorted flavors, and asked to sell them for a dollar each. I sold about 30, and put the money and the remaining bars in my locker. This was about a month before summer break. When time came around to turn the stuff in my band teacher asked me once about it, and I said, "Oh yeah, they're in my locker, I'll get them next class," and I never did.

I started off that summer vacation with like $30 and a ton of candy.

To be fair, the teacher ended up getting arrested for touching his students a couple years after I graduated, so I don't feel so bad about it (even if it wasn't HIS money/candy to begin with).

It turned out that he did gay porn before Big Brother and tons of photos of him naked showed up all over the net. I think his name might have been James? I am not totally sure.

If you can legally walk around in just boxers as pants, how could wearing more clothing in the form of saggy pants be worse (in terms of bodily exposure)? I think the only fine should be for ass-crack showing, because that's actually skin.

I've noticed that when it comes to issues of free speech/freedom of expression, Keith often points out that it's not necessary or that they'll probably not cure cancer - which is beside the point. One's message/expression need not be important in the eyes of others in order to be protected. He uses "rights" like it's a dirty word.

As for people calling the law racist, I disagree. More black people happen to wear their pants that way, but all "offenders" will be fined regardless of race.
