I think here (in MO), you have to have some sort of license to tase people. And I'm pretty sure acquiring it requires you to be tased, so you know what it feels like. But i might be making that up.

Keith is a conundrum
Keith wanted help from a stranger when he was getting robbed, but he would not extend the same help to someone who was run over or have Chemda knock on the door of someone who most likely forgot to turn off their hose.
No wonder New York is a shithole as it appears to be filled with selfish cunts. I get that you can't save the whole world, but come on, be a little neighborly and knock on the damn door instead of getting the police or other 3rd parties involved. |

These two examples you give are not at all equivalent. A running hose vs someone run over by a car....yes one seems more extreme than the other. I honestly don't remember them talking about witnessing someone get run over by a car in this episode. Did that happen? |

one of the traits that hit me about keith, when i discovered KATG was how he often got involved in troubled situations (like stopping an assault from happening)

Here's the exchange with Ray as I was on the way out of the bathroom and he was on the way in:
Me: "Hey Ray, that was very fucking funny. Good job, dude!" Ray: "Thanks man! Hey, here are my notes. You should put them up on the internet or something." Me: "Oh wow, thanks!" Here's the tweet: Twitter And yes, machadi is valid shorthand for machete. I knew what you meant. |
