Just because you've been saying it for two episodes and it's driving this pedant nuts:

bin Laden was the leader of the terrorist organization al-Qaeda, NOT the Taliban! al-Qaeda is a multinational, militant Sunni Muslim organization calling for global jihad. The Taliban is an Islamic militia group that has been in control of Afghanistan since 1996 and enforces an extremely strict interpretation of Sharia law on its citizens. Both groups get support and resources from Pakistan, and obviously that's where bin Laden was eventually found.

Keith talked about the witnesses in the Situation Room who watched the raid go down. The White House has released photos of this. I know that won't stop the conspiracy theorists who say he's been dead for years and "on ice," (I have one of these in my office and she will not let me convince her that they really did get him on Sunday), but I thought it was interesting to see the people actually watching the event unfold.

a legitimate question: if i got a taser (they sell them in hunting stores), could i use it in a fight or would it be illegal?

You gotta check out the laws in your area. I just googled it stateside and I guess here it's legal to carry them in 43 states.

Then you just have to show it was actual self-defense that prompted you to use it, I imagine.

I think owning a taser and tasing people if fine. As longs as the person later admits that tasing them was a good idea. Then yes, your tasing was appropriate, and they can not be upset with you.
