I did find a memorial page on Facebook (which is where I got the headstone pic) and then googled "roger lafferty obituary somerset" and when the Daily American came up I knew it was the same guy.

Congratulations and Commiserations, Keith.
Nice work, Liz-Squiz. Always great to hear O'phira again. Big laughs, good times. What happens when you call and response a name with an apostrophe in it? Give me an O! O! Give me an apostrophe! ' Last edited by WittyReference; 03-18-2015 at 12:08 AM. |

Great episode. I loved the part about the Birds & the Bees talk. I remember when I was 11 my alcoholic step-dad, during the one year he was married to my mother, forced me to stop watching TV and go to the store with him so he could give me "the talk." I still don't know if it was his idea or my mother's, because 11-year-old me was still a good 3 years away from first base with a girlfriend. Anyway, the advice I got was literally, "You need to treat a girl like you would treat your sister." I think he repeated it about 8 times in the 2 miles to the store. He also mentioned something about fathers with shotguns since we were in Texas.
Can we get a WMN show on this and collect some real data on the best and worst advice to give kids?

Keith if this dead bully had heard this show 6 years ago, called in during a live recording and apologized for bullying you back in school and said he regretted it every day since, and he didn't mean to make you scared of fat people, would you have accepted it, appreciated it, or continued to make fun of him?
Or all of the above? Side note, I'm totally of the opinion of speaking the truth of of people even after they die |
