ok, so the SPEctrum is the cis/straight section of the sexual scale; as a minority among diversity, it deserves more representation. the more speinside one is, the more rigidly and often one behaves cis/straight . as one can and does move toward other areas of the scale while still remaining cis/straight one considers oneself more speoutside. where the door is from speinside to speoutside is an personal, individual belief.

i believe the SPEctrum references some kind of fluidity.
