I always love a classic K&C only episode. The guest are great, but there’s something about it.

We mentioned in that show it's already happened by Dave Rex. The Smiley Face Gang is taking off. Open your ears before it's too late.

It was interesting.
Not sure who gave Chemda shit for it, but I must say I didn’t agree with her on all points.
Fascinating commentary.

if you are 16 years old or older, you most likely already met the person you will marry
That's a silly statistic because duuuhhh of course

But ok let's take a guess:
- well take stock of all people alive right this minute.
- then we take out all younger than 16, all people that are already married, all people that will never marry
- from what's left of course at least the majority aka at least 50.000001% will have already met the person they will marry
- because most people are in a relationship for a few years before they get married so that covers a huge chunk
- and we are taking all ages above 16 here so that means the older you get you will have met a lot of people already at work, in college, on vacation, in your friendgroup
- which BTW has nothing to do with marrying somebody from your hometown so I don't know what that has to do with anything

I think he misspoke. I think it was meant to be by the time you're 16 whatever % has already met the love of their life. So that's where the hometown stuff comes in.

Well if I can't go by what's said and written in shownotes then what can I even comment on?

I’m sure this commentary is much better.

I heard about Dave Rex but I didn’t know who he was.
He's me.

Chemda! I listened to the cellar podcast. It sounded like it was recorded in a dishwasher with a rave going on. You did great. I wish they would’ve talked more about Lois CK. Also the coddling comment was great lol.

The reason Chemda hasn't heard about more mass shootings:

the statistic of more than one a day... "includes gang-related and domestic incidents with at least four or more victims (not all fatal).

By their count, the first mass shooting this year took place inside an events center in Alabama during a New Year’s Eve party. One victim was killed."
