The only thing that can't be properly cleaned is cloth so make sure you get leather seats. airbourne particles look like they stay in the air for about 2 hours. So a couple options include leaving the car in the parking lot for 2 hours before driving off, using one of those companies that drop the car of at your place and not drive for 2 hours + letting the car air out with the windows open https://www.reuters.com/article/us-h...%20be%20viable.
