I actually had the same problem before. I just used role playing to get there. So think of an interesting role that directly implies a specific power grab against you.

I.E. a Job interview with a dirty scenario of: "your being fired and he takes advantage of your desperation and you are not happily volunteering but also not saying no"

Except mine, we used a "Switch" in the scenario and half way in I was being setup for sexual harassment and she flipped the script against me. Shamed and humiliated the shit out of me.

Forced into a choice, I guess i'd pick submissive as it turns me on more. But I think everyone likes to be teased and being the object of attention.
