You're miserably stupid.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the 1st Amendment whatsoever.

Despite not being natural persons, corporations are recognized by the law to have rights and responsibilities like actual people. Corporations can exercise human rights against real individuals and the state,[3] and they may be responsible for human rights violations.[4]

Corporation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

thats a quote from wiki, A corporation has the legal rights of a "natural person" therefore the 1st amendment applies, read corporate law textbooks for a more detailed explanation.

Do you realize that a boycott by the public is not calling for legal action, nor is legal action restricting Target from doing whatever it wants to do, so therefore it is in no way shape or form any infringement on the 1st Amendment?

Also, don't fucking quote Wikipedia you blithering idiot. When the 1st Amendment was written corporations had to be approved by the government to even exist.

The First Amendment applies specifically and solely to restrictions by the government. Where the fuck does this boycott involve restrictions by the government?

This boycott is an action taken by the public, not the government, therefore the First Amendment couldn't be less applicable to this situation.

You're so intensely obtuse and have such a poor understanding of the American legal foundations that it makes me wonder why in the world you ever thought you were capable of forming a sensible opinion on the matter.

1) gonna boycott Target (because I am Pro Fag)
2) gonna pay Bob to go to Target on the sly to buy me Archer Farms brand nuts and chocolate, because I "fucking love that brand" and I "do not want to appear to be a hypocrite"
3) gonna receive items from Bob then "hit him in the head with a bat" and "rape him with it"
4)
5) profit!

edited 2 add: gonna steal back my money between steps 3 and 4.. because that's how I roll

Cretaceous Bob, all I said was that corporations have the legal right to express an opinion, I did not mention anything about a boycott. People were confused about if corporations such as target were allowed to endorse certain ideals.

As I have said many times already, and as you still have yet to realize by reading the fucking thread you're posting in, whether or not Target has the right to donate or not has never been a question in this thread.

You didn't mention the boycott and that is precisely my point: that has been the entire and sole subject of this thread and what you said has nothing to do with it. Perhaps you were confused by my rhetorical questions. That's not surprising.

How can you repeat exactly what I said and still maintain a delusion that what I said isn't accurate?

I just observed people saying that target has no right to donate or have political causes, and i wanted to rebut that. I don't have a problem with boycotting a business.
