Tumblr doesn't have the traditional comment setup. If you wanna enter the caption contest, you need to like the post, which you do by pressing the like button at the bottom of the post. Then, you need to "reblog" it, which is another icon at the end of the post. When you reblog it, you can write your caption and that's how it will be seen!
