How long do you think it will be until.....
Someone made a valid point on another website about the new marijuana laws being passed in Colorado, and Washington. It appears that people with big money have jumped on board such as cigarette companies, and multi-million dollar venture capitalists. How long do you think it will be until the chain stores start marketing their own brand such as "Sam's Choice Chronic".?

Were that to happen, what are the chances companies start manufacturing really shitty and poisonous products? I don't know anything about tobacco companies besides scary anti-cigarette ad campaigns. Maybe my knowledge is limited, but they seem to be getting away with a lot of nasty shit. What allows them to keep it up in the tobacco business, and what could prevent them from adding chemicals and shit to the weed?

I used to be on the forefront of this topic but it seemed like it was never going to happen, but the last two years there is a lot of support for legalizing marijuana. On the one hand I think within 10 years there will be some form of legalized sales for recreational use, and on the other hand the stigma about marijuana is so strong it might just be quietly decriminalized but still sold through a multi-billion dollar black market from here to the end of my time. |
