and I mean the classic season of Jonny Quest or otherwise...

I've been doing my Jonny Quest study, since I grew up with it technically.

Favourite episode of the classic season or anything else Jonny Quest related, I'm really really curious

I loved the old cartoon, used to watch it with my dad when i was a kid. I met one of the old storyboard artists and he drew a lizardman for me and Dr. Zin for my brother.

While I usually hate any "realistic" cartoon art, I really love the design of the show, brought to us by comic book legend/all around crank, Alex Toth.

I'm not familiar with Doug Wiley, but you are on top of it with Hoyt Curtin.

there's a jonny quest documentary on youtube, i'll try to look for it for ya but the guy who wrote it is pushing the fact that Doug Wiley is the father of Jonny Quest...

I only watched when I had nooooothing else to watch. I agree with Josh on the seriousness of cartoons.

This was even worse, when it came out.

I used to love it! I wanted someone like Race Bannon in my family to take me flying/surfing/submarining/aligator wrestling etc.

Overall, though, the theme song is outstanding, write up there with James Bond and Mission Impossible in the '60s-big-band-style' genre. You know the one

Roxy, I'm guessing you can play it?

Being of that demographic I watched and liked, prolly not loved, the show. I did love the theme music. But if you haven't watched the Venture Bros. on Adult Swim, you really must, best . . thing . . evar, better than Super Chicken
