Do you mean in a court of law as opposed to a nerd on a power trip? Then yes, you're right. That wouldn't hold up at all. But then again, calling someone a throwaway joke in a chatroom is very different than an actual threat. And i also agree that no one assumed i was a grammar nazi, especially since, if you'll notice, numzane probably has the majority of the spelling errors.

But, of course, you're right. Next time a moderator is mad at me, i'll be sure to add some depth to my jokes. Calling someone a faggit seems unfair and immature, in retrospect.

Just for the sake of information, the mod called himself a faggot after he wouldn't let some girl take off her shirt for us and Live Video wouldn't permit a username with "faggot" in it
