Looking for some critiques.

Hey guys.

I recently finished a 5 song EP that I have been working on for a while, and I wanted to find out what people like/didn't like about it, so where better than a place with a bunch of cool people. So, if you're into it, click on the link below and let me know what you like and/or things i can improve on (I have three songs up there now). I know that I can improve the actual mp3 levels, so if anyone has any knowledge of pro tools I would appreciate the suggestion.

Wow, the songs you have up on your MySpace are fantastic. I love the guitar work on Acoustica Experimae and holy shit, Droning is good stuff... very chill. Love it. The Old White House is the winner in my book. Great stuff. Love the reverb on the vocals... which are great by the way. Your voice sounds really similar to Michael Stipes', especially in that song.

I'm impressed. Aces plus.

Hey this is pretty good stuff. I really liked Old White House, I'd like to hear you be more aggressive in a song, keep the acoustic and folky vibe, but I dunno I'd like some more passion in that voice and less mopey sadface. lol

Really, though nice work.

C'EPT Droning. Found the guitar in that kinda lame. Wasn't feeling it....not in a "you should improve in these ways" way...just in a "this song is never gonna speak to me" way....

But I'm really good at mopey sadface! haha

I've been trying to work on that bit. It comes out way more when I'm playing live at open mics and wherever, but I feel like it sounds too forced on the recording. I'm not sure how to remedy that exactly, but it's definitely a work in progress. Thanks!
