Hi everyone!

My hubby entered a contest to remix a song, and his mix is quite good. He needs top 10 to win the prizes. He is currently 14th out of 167 which is amazing, but he was 8th at one point and has slipped.

I'm asking a favour from anyone who cares to listen. If you can go to the link and vote for him, we would both be super stoked. You don't have to sign up for anything. You just enter your email to vote, unclick the box that says "send me info" and confirm your vote through your email (and that's only if you don't already have a site account).

Even if you don't listen to the mix, or even if you don't like it, please click vote and make his dream come true! Number 1 would be nice, and guarantees him a release of his mix, but let's not get greedy here. He only needs to remain in the top 10 to win the merchandise (and bragging rights).

Who knows, you might even discover some new music you never knew you liked, which can never hurt! Plus his mix is the only drum and bass mix out of 167 entries, so if you support D&B, support him!

Well it's not over yet, there are still a few days in the contest and some more votes sure would help. He went up to 11th again, I believe thanks to the help of my fellow KATG'ers, but has slipped again to 14th.

I imagine a lot of other people in the contest are spamming everywhere they can think of. We're doing what we can, but I think it's a hassle to flood forums with spams, so I won't do that. I just figured I would make one thread about it, and let everyone decide to help on their own terms, and it's greatly appreciated!

So as much as I want to post in here regularly and beg everyone to keep voting, I also don't wanna annoy anyone.

Regardless, vote vote vote!!! (hehe)

Welp! He ended up finishing 17th out of 168 entries. It didn't win him any prizes but that's pretty damn good for his first remix.

Thanks to everyone who voted, it really means a lot. And I will tell him not to enter any more contests that force me to spam you guys senseless out of the love and support that I have for him!
