It has become quite fashionable to make fun of Christians, when really no one should be laughing.

Although the concepts of walking on water, feeding hundreds with a single loaf of bread, bringing a dead man back to life, seem ridiculous.

And believing in such things, is in itself harmless -

The "church" however, is far more than some silly god story. There are far more serious issues that need to be brought to light:

• Millions of people have died in the name of Christ
• Scores of cultures have been destroyed by their missionaries.
• Witch hunts and Inquisitions have needlessly persecuted innocents
• The very foundations of objective scientific thought are in danger

Since the Jews, Christians, Muslims, etc., etc., etc. could do it then, we must allow the Scientologists to do it now.
