My New Tattoo and a question

I just got back a little while ago from White Lotus (whitelotustattoo.com), the shop i got my KATG/HUAR Tattoo at and wanted to send in some pics but my email won't let me so i thought i'd post here.
I also have a question, there was a sign saying that you should tip your artist, i have no idea how much you should tip on a tattoo so i put in an extra 20 (it was 120 for my tattoo) is this about right? i really wasn't sure

That's a decent amount.

It largely depends on the quality of the work and the amount of it. Other factors are how well they communicated with you, how open they are to experiment with your ideas. You're getting a permanent piece of art on your body, it's critical you are happy with it and you and the artist have a good rapport.

15-20% is normal, more if the art is exhaustive and takes an extraordinary long time to do (for future reference in case you were going to get more).

I'm a Kindergarten teacher actually, i have a watch with a pretty wide band that will cover most of it during class and i usually wear alot of longer sleeves too, and as for the kitten thats Loki, shes a pretty weird cat, lol
