Need some help with Podcasting

I have looked on the web and it all makes no sense to me (i'm a moron btw), and of course podcastalley is no help. So here is my issue.

I have a podcast (www.blissfullyignorantpodcast.com if anybody cares) and I thing we are to the point where it would be fun to do live shows. We record the shows on a mac and use garageband to record it then convert it to mp3 later. Is there a way to (cheaply, I'm a student so we have little money) do a live feed like KATG do. I have no clue how to do it so help with how to set up a server, what software I need, anything else i need to do would be great. I know there are people who know what to do so if anybody could take the time and give me a and I would be in heaven.

Check out talkshoe. They specialize in live shows.

Contact Adam Christianson of the Maccast (www.maccast.com) and ask him
about it. He uses talkshoe and is a mac geek.
