also i have all sorts of questions about it.

is Jessica Lange a presence, like Lloyd the bartender in Kubrick's shining (which has a lot in common with the show)?

also who'll kill most people in the end? Ben or Tate? Ben feels like hell pull a jack torrance but Tate has some potential....

I don't think she is if only because she can leave the house. My guess would be that because Jessica Lange and Denis O'Hare were affected so greatly by the house already they are able to interact with about the house without consequence. Jessica is able to see the woman she murdered... but Denis has yet to enter the house again so I don't know if he'd see his burned family. Tate didn't need the house to mess him up, and it seems that he almost channels the evil energy of the house.

Junk, I am so very sorry I doubted you and your taste in t.v. awesomeness. The Wire is smart, intriguing, multi-layered and builds and builds. I didn't give it a chance before I judged and that was wrong. Thank you for turning me o the the BRILLIANCE of the Wire and I apologize!.
