I think it means that blacks don't tip well.

White people can't be ghetto, the worst they can manage is "poor".

Hispanic people can't be ghetto either, the worst they can manage is "mexican"

This was my immediate thought. Someone could have left behind the customer copy, the server could have filled the numbers in to legitimize his bigotry.

and you're not a jerk. I get you're trying to be efficient with the threads in the forums but these are a lazy bunch here and do not like to search for previous threads on the subject. Hell they barely use Google for Ra's sake. Therefore, again, yes we need ANOTHER thread about this.
