What would you do to be Keith's best friend

So Spooky goes over to the KATG condo does some repairs and becomes Keith's new best friend. What would you do for the honor? Change a light bulb? Clean their toilette? Best answer as decided by Chemda gets to pay their own way to NY, sleep on the couch, do the task promised, but then gets to be Keith's new best friend.

Really? And they agreed to this I'd offer them your services for free. You'd fix the whole house, cleaning services for a year, and a lifetime supply of cooked dinners. Then you get to go! It'll be fun!

if one of you guys wants to be friendly and come over and help with the renovations, im sure we could work something out.

i went to the KATG compound yesterday trying to figure out how to best handle the ceiling, which is old painted concrete, and we have to scrape all the paint off. no easy task, cant use a pressure washer because of the floor, chemicals are out for the same reason. Keith was deathly ill, it was funny watching him come down to help, then, after two minutes dash up the stairs to avoid hurling in the living room. still lots of work to do...go buy a nice paint scraper and send me an email, maybe we can work something out and i wont have to work so hard, lol.

wow. that's gonna be a pain in the ars. next time i'm in n.y. i'll have to show up w/ some tools. get enough people in there at once and we can pull an 80's fix-up theme...where a group of people decide to band together to make a better place for someone and do it in a matter of 5 mins to some cheesy 80's anthem rock.
