WTF with Marc Maron...?

I was just looking through new comedy podcasts and just found "WTF with Marc Maron" and wondered if anyone had seen/heard about this already? I've been a fan of his for a while so obviously loved him being on the show recently but don't remember any mention of this and wondering honestly if he was kinda inspired by the show? Anyways I'm listening to it now or I'd go back to that episode of KaTG and see if I missed it or what....guess I could google something, but figured this is just as good

I heard it today, It was good. Quality of sound wasn't the best but he did an awesome interview/conversation with Jeff Ross in which he told a story involving his appearance in dancing with the stars and Tom Cruise being a judge in his life. Personally I loved it, especially when he encourages everyone to steal. Recommended.

For those who don't watch the events page, Marc Maron will be back on KATG on September 15th. I can't wait, I'm curious if he'll seem a bit less nervous this time around.

i've been a maron fan for a while now, but still surprised at his one episode being at the top of itunes(at least on my list, i don't know if it could even be my view, i don't care lol). usually adam carolla's show is up there but seems maron is taking him out of the top seat for a minute. pisses me off not seeing katg there, but i guess those guys need the help

i did enjoy the show, just still curious if he didn't even unintentionally think "oh wow these guys are doing it, i should give it a go..." or if it was already planned out. i'll take more either way, not enough katg to keep me busy anymore now that i'm caught up heh

I doubt that I'll dedicate the space on my ipod and hear it regularly unless he goes daily. Weekly podcasts are easy to forget and are a waste of space on flash ipods

He's is above Carolla on the top ten comedy list. Is he famous for something besides standup? I'm surprised he's above Carolla too.

It's too bad that they are ranked by subscriptions and downloads rather than how many times they are actually listened-to, or minutes listened-to. If actual minutes listened-to counted, KATG would be much closer to the top IMO

well in the first show he said he's gonna try to do every couple/few days....but that was over a couple/few days ago i believe and haven't seen more....maybe it'll be as regular as katgtv lol

that's where Adam is taking it more seriously than anyone out there. He's recording extra shows for days-off, and getting a lot of unique guests. Everyone can't get the A and B listers, but most aren't even bothering to find many d-listers to keep things fresh. Hopefully Maron starts taking it more seriously, he's doing pretty well considering that it was his first show (Adam's first show was unlistenable). Hopefully he isn't busy looking for attorneys after the Whole Foods rant.
