I had a pretty severe leg injury a couple of years ago and all this talk is bringing memories rushing back.

I was referred to a specialist hospital after my initial surgery so the surgeon there could check my leg and make sure it was all ok. I turned up for my app at 10am, was told I needed corrective surgery as the first surgery was fucked and wasn't admitted to the ward until 4 or 5pm. I'd not eaten since breakfast, so when I saw a healthcare assistant I asked if I could have a sandwich and she said that dinner was over and there was none left. I burst into tears straight away and she rushed out. Luckily the other people in my ward were lovely and gave me some of their food.

Another time a male nurse brought the soap and water but said because he was a man he wasn't allowed to give ne a sponge bath. I was quite happy to wash myself, but I thought the whole situation was weird.

Half a zip doesn’t seem like an unreasonable amount of damage. What does an oz go for in the city? 250?

I'm one of those people that prefers to show up 5 minutes early for everything. I got the message, so I ask if you're one of them at invitation time. I make it clear that my own events have an end, because otherwise the late people show up when everyone else (yes normal people have friends) has left.

Birdbox

Birdbox is rubbish agreed. I always turn up on time for parties so I can leave earlier and go to bed. We have the NHS which is deliberately being run into the ground and it sounds a lot like the service you pay insurance for.

Happy New Year 🥳Everyone

Like most of the cool kids I spent the holidays waiting for my dentist to open so I could get a tooth pulled that broke and became infected between Christmas and new year. 🥳🥳🥳

Regarding famous people getting work done and it never looking right:

I think many famous people probably have many friends who had work done and recommend it to them. And the work looks fine. We would never notice if someone had GOOD plastic surgery because by its very nature it wouldn't look odd. I think that's probably a lot of cases so people like Sandra Bullock get tricked into thinking it'll look fine. We only notice the stuff that looks really odd.

There could be 1,000,000 people on TV with good plastic surgery and we'd never know.

Drunks are annoying as shit in real life, but some of them were fun on My Name Is Keith.

Not BaJames Curtright though. The worst thing KATG have ever put out was the episode with that wretched slurring dipshit. The only time I've ever been angry at KATG was when they made me listen to that mess.

I would watch a feature length documentary on Gilbert Gottfried’s entry into comedy after his pornography career.

I feel like Keith’s joke didn’t get enough love lol

Holy shit. Gilbert doing voice dubs on porn! That has to be a thing!

Thumbs up Happy Birthday, Andrea!!!!

Happy Happy Birthday, Andrea! Welcome to 30!!! I wish I could go back for a do-over of my 30s, it is a great decade

Chemda, you’re stronger than me. I give so much respect to you for going through another major medical issue with humor and resilience. Today was a difficult day for me and you were an example for me to be strong - love you for that ♥️

Keith, you rock. A memorable laugh out loud moment this show was Hannah (love her), Andrea, and Chemda talking about Keith and he speaks up to remind them “I can hear you even though I am sitting here quietly.” Lol, classic.

Happy 2019 you wonderful peeps, I hope the new year is good to us all ♥️
