Missed out on the 15th? [NYC Meetup]

For everybody who couldn't make it to the 15th events, and for everybody who did and misses the meetups here's another chance;

On Friday 2nd of May, Jesse Joyce is doing stand up comedy at Stand Up New York, as part of an audition for the Montreal Comedy Festival. Keith and Chemda will be attending as well, so this seems to me as a great opportunity to meet up.

We will meetup in the morning/noon and hang out. We will probably hang out in manhatten, shop a bit, go and visit the Brooklyn Museum, mainly for the Murakami Exhibition, and grab some lunch in Brooklyn.

Stand Up New York in the evening for Jesse Joyce his stand up.

Bellow is a rough schedule for the day, but this will be updated regularly with more details on location and time. Feel free to make a suggestion for the meetup, and partake in any discussion going on.

Location: Time Square, Manhatten
Tings we're gonna do: Hang out, visit the Murakami Exhibition, at the Brooklyn Museum, and grab lunch. (dinner?)

Evening;
Time: 10 pm
Location: Stand Up New York
Tings we're gonna do: Check out Jesse Joyce's stand up, which is part of an audition for the Montreal Comedy Festival!

There's no problem getting underagers into NGE.

Lombardi's is (or at least when we went there) too crowded to have much of a meetup, and you'd get pushed out as soon as you're done eating to make way for the next group of people waiting outside.

Aces on the info cheese, thnx. So NGE is apparently going to be the end of the day meeting spot after all.

I was thinking that for those interested to have a fun hang out day in manhatten, and hit the brooklyn museum for the japanese dude who did Kanye West's album art (graduation.)

That's cause cheese is slick. I imagine there probably won't be a huge problem, but I've seen two people get turned away for being underage in there. it's probably worth the risk anyway, but just fyi. Have a backup. That area has a lot of restaurants if you want to just head to one of those if you get turned away at NGEs.

So I just listened to 711: Jessy's Girl, aka the monday show, and there is indeed a little get together on May 2nd, which is on a Friday.

Now the details will become clear once posted on http://www.keithandthegirl.com/events/ but for now the information I got from the show is that Jesse Joyce is doing stand-up in New York City at Stand Up New York to audition for Montreal Comedy Festival. Keith and Chemda will be going and so it will be an opportunity to meet up.

Now I don't know at what time this will be but going from this I suggest we have a little fan meeting at friday May 2nd. For everybody who has time and wants to hang out during the day we could meet at some place, maybe Carnegie Deli, and then head out to explore New York (Brooklyn Museum is probably going to be on the todo list).

Then for the people who have life's, and thus jobs, we can meet at like 6 pm for drinks at Nice Guy Eddie's, or if we get problems getting minors in we can go to some place near NGE after meeting up in front of NGE or so.

And finally we all go to Stand Up New York, and check out Jesse Joyce and maybe get to hang out with Keith and Chemda afterwards.

What do you say people?! Please let it be known in this thread if you would be interested in coming and when you will be joining the meetup.
