I think what people forget is that the majority of problems are not the servers fault. So if your food is cold or your order is mess up or the kitchen is slow, that's the cook not the server.

That's like blaming the mid-wife for your baby being ugly.

I'm a fucking newspaper delivery guy, so I could relate to the episode. Thank god I live in one of those sensible countries where nobody gets tipped. I'm just be pleasantly surprised when someone leaves me cookies for christmas... if I should pee on everyone else's paper, that would be hell of a lot of work.

my average tip is $3, the amount you get is based on the service, better than average and you get $5, bad service your lucky to get a penny. but when i go to a fancy restaurant all bets are off cause the waiters there get there panties in bunch if you leave a $5 tip. when they do that i take the $5 back and say fuck you and leave. easy for complicated for some.

I think it's ironic, and still funny, that Max and his Dad do/did such similar work. Dad taught people how to do fake magic (i.e., be Santa) and Max does real magic.
