Abstinence. No seriously - I have a sneaking suspicion you may be too stupid to safely have sex.

Failing that (which the too stupid tend to do) use condoms along with your regular birth control.

Or anal.

If your level of paranoia is such that you're considering inducing a miscarriage (of a baby you don't even know you have) you need to stop having sex. Now. Get a grip on yourself.

Tell you what. If it's been less than 72 hours from your last risk, go to the pharmacy and get Plan B. You don't need a prescription if you're over 18. THIS IS NOT REGULAR BIRTH CONTROL!!! But, it might give you reality check.

Assuming Plan B and the morning-after pill are one and the same (google says it's so - booya), prep yourself for 12 hours of hell in a 24 hour period. You will be curled around a toilet from the wee hours of the morning into the sunrise, your uterus doing everything it can to try and force its way out of you - Alien style.
