Beek jerky is the shit. I'm currently on a quest around Newcastle to find the best beef jerky.

To be honest, i'd be surprised if you did understand. I'm used to people not understanding my slightly odd hobbies, my mother gave up caring when i moved into my own place and quickly filled it with all things of murder and serial killer relation.

And i haven't even mention my other hobby... ufos and the conspiracies to cover up extraterrestrial contact.

Yea, compared to the "fascination in death" thing, it's a little more normal but it still gains the same odd looks when i talk about it.

The main reason i like this video and true crime/serial murder books in general is the psychology that makes serial killers function. Fair enough-
I used to read true crime stuff too.
the reason I mused about age is becasue I think the likelihood goes up the older you get that you or someone you know has been victimized in some sort of violent crime.
It's hard to get your guffaws off this stuff when you can put a real person behind the misery.

Hey man, I'm not coming down on you. Watch what you wanna watch.
I doubt a real sociopath would work in the medical field such as yourself.

Then again, what do I know? I can't even watch any horror movies*

Well said.

I've had friends and family members who were victims of various violent instances (gang raped at a party, domestic abuse.. etc) but i'm just very comfortable with the idea of death. That's not to say that everyone else isn't... it's a part of life that i'm just comfortable with.

I'm not saying my reaction to watching this is the same as watching a comedy show, i'm not sitting in front of my computer spliting my sides laughing. My reaction is more of a "wow... oh my god.. that's amazing" kind of fascination.

I may work in the medical field but i work 14 hour shifts by myself and have full access to various injectable drugs and rubber gloves... a true sociopath's wet dream.
