Honestly, if you want a tattoo the point is to display it. A tattoo in the pubic region is kinda gross for a girl, and for guys it's straight up gay. Plus, any tattoo artist willing to work on a 15 year old's pubic region isn't just dubious, he's probably a bit of a pedophile. I doubt you know what you want for the rest of your life on your body at the age of 15, and the fact that you want to hide is is proof of this. Study for three years, see if you want it still, make a greatly informed decision, and be ready at 18 with a better idea. Better to go 3 years without having a tattoo and ending up with one that you truly love, rather than having a dumb moment at 15 where you got a tattoo that you had to explain or laser away.
