iPods and KATG podcasts
With you guys listening to the podcasts this is probably where I'm gonna find the best answer to this.
With the new upgraded iPods being released I'm very tempted to get one. I currently have a 2Gb Nano which I use for podcasts and a 40Gb Creative MP3 player which has all my albums on it. I've got used to using the Nano and, as much as I like my Creative player, I prefer it for on-the-fly music. I'd really like to combine the two but with the new Nano being 8Gb that won't be enough for both my albums and space for podcasts. So, my question is what are the hard drive based iPods like when it comes to KATG podcasts? How well would the battery cope with this? I'm guessing for the length of the podcast it would have quite a lot of hard drive activity which would affect how long it would last between charges. I'm assuming it can't read the whole thing into it's memory. Thanks for any pointers ![]() |
