Question re: Keith putting sugar in walls

My landlord is a fucking asshole. I'm not going to elaborate, but take my word that he is an asshole and i'm not saying this for some bullshit reason like "he yelled at us when we had a loud party".

So, my question, how soon would bugs show up if i put sugar in the walls? There's a small hole in the wall in my bedroom (cause by the plug in the back of my computer - thin ass paper walls). The problem is, while I'm moving on 6/29, because we gave him late notice, we have to pay rent through july. The hole needs to be plugged by 7/1, but i wont get my security (or part of it at least) until we have "vacated the premises" (august 1st.)

If i can't put sugar in the walls, what else can i do that won't show up for a month? Because i have to do SOMETHING.

Edit: It's a two floor two family house and we have neighbors downstairs who I'm assuming will still be there after we've gone.

I'd probably just let it go. It sure would suck to end up in small claims court over something like this. Plus you don't want to fuck over the family who still lives there, do you?

Well assuming all legal options have been followed without luck, I have heard of some people taking sugar and dissolving it into water in small amount and misting the carpets/walls/ceilings with it.

Others have pranked other people by "painting" someones stairs with milk (2% or whole milk), outside stairs too btw, since it was a friendly prank.

Pissing in the toilet tank before leaving, leaving a deuce in the bowl, etc are all stuff people have done to be rude.

You could syphon the water from the u-trap in one of the sinks, preferably near a toilet. when the water sinks below the U, stinky sewer gas can seep in. If anyone asks, you could just guess that the water evaporated cause u haven't used the sink in awhile. If left long enough, that sewer smell will just get absorbed by the house and stink for quite awhile.

Course I wouldn't advocate doing this stuff.
